When is DNOW?

This year the dates are Friday, April 1st – Sunday, April, 3rd.  Click here for a schedule of the weekend.

What is DNOW?

DNOW is a weekend retreat with a twist.  Instead of loading up cars and heading to a secluded location we pile students into the homes of our CABC family.  The weekend will include main sessions, small group sessions, service projects, and time to hang out.  Below you find more details…

Main Sessions:

During the main sessions all of the students will be together for a time of worship, teaching, and games.  This year Mike Keahbone (link his website) will be teaching during the main sessions.  We will also bring a band in to lead worship for us.  There are three main sessions.

Small Group Sessions:

After the first main session, the students will be broken into small groups and will head to their assigned homes for the weekend.  There will be four small group sessions throughout the weekend.  Each group will have two adults/college students who will lead the group for the week.  Groups are split by age and gender.  The groups will stay the night at homes that are carefully chosen among the CABC family.

Group Activity:

On Saturday afternoon there will be some free time.  This time will have a dual purpose.  It will be used to serve others in our community and to have some fun as a group.

What is the cost for DNOW?

The cost for the weekend is $35.  This will help offset some of the cost for meals, materials, and t-shirts.  The deadline to sign up is March 23rd.  You can download a release form HERE.
